Rental Process
Step 1
Please explore our range of lively bouncy castles and select the one that captures your interest. Feel free to complete the form provided below, or reach out to our dedicated expert, Dylan, on 022 1370743, who will gladly assist you in meeting your requirements. Once you're satisfied with your choice, we'll send you link for payment, or else you could also make payment through internet banking.
Step 2
Option 1: To be delivered Your bouncy castle will then be delivered and installed at a prearranged time.
Option 2: Pick up Pick up from our Takanini Head Quarters for FREE. Kindly ensure that there is enough space in your vehicle to accommodate our bouncy castle pack (Tub dimensions 77cmW x 36cmH x 51cmL and air blower).
To ensure optimal setup, kindly note that the bouncy castle should be positioned on a grassy area, unless alternative arrangements are communicated. Additionally, a connection to an electricity source within a 50-meter radius is required. As part of our service, we will give you the essential guidelines, and will provide a brief training session, which is estimated to take around 5 minutes. You will then be required to sign an agreement after Dylan provides you with the necessary instructions and safety training. This ensures that you have a complete understanding of the training.
Step 3
You can choose to disassemble yourself or our team will return at a prearranged time to disassemble the equipment, ensuring a seamless process that typically takes around 20 minutes to complete. Or else you could return the bouncy castle to our head quarter at a prearranged time.
PLEASE NOTE: All bouncy castles need to be supervised AT ALL TIME by a person over the age of 18.
