How does the rental process work?
To rent a bouncy castle, you can browse our selection online, choose the one you like, and fill out the form. Once we’ve received them, we will be in touch to discuss the details of your event, such as date, time, location, and any special requirements. Or else give us a call to discuss!
When should I book a reservation?
It's recommended to make a reservation as early as possible to secure your preferred bouncy castle for your desired date and time. Popular dates, such as weekends and holidays, tend to fill up quickly.
Do you offer delivery and setup for the bouncy castle?
Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for an extra charge. Or you could also pick up from our Takanini head quarters and we will give you the essential guidelines, and will provide a brief training session, which is estimated to take around 10 minutes.
What power source is required for the castle?
Our bouncy castles require a power source within approximately 50 meters (164 feet) of the setup location. We recommend a standard electrical outlet with a dedicated circuit. If your event is in a location without power access, let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

Are the bouncy Castles safe for children?
Yes, our bouncy castles are designed with safety as a top priority. They are made from durable materials and are regularly inspected for any signs of wear. Additionally, we provide guidelines for safe usage to ensure that children have a safe and enjoyable experience.
What if the weather is bad for my event?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If the weather conditions are unsuitable for outdoor play (too wet or windy), we offer flexible rescheduling options. Contact us by 9am in the morning to discuss alternatives.
What if the bouncy castle gets damaged during my event?
If significant damage occurs due to improper use, we may need to charge for repairs. It's important to follow our usage guidelines and ensure proper supervision of participants. There is an optional insurance fee that you can pay additionally. This fee can help prevent unexpected extra costs in case of accidental damage.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period usually 1 to 3 days. However, we're flexible and can discuss longer rental periods if needed. Just let us know your requirements when booking.
How to choose the right castle?

1. Choose a flat grassy area for bouncy castle use and measure area - make sure to allocate an additional 1-2 meters of space around the designated area. Note any overhanging trees or obstacles may cause injury.

Can adults use the bouncy castles too?
All of our bouncy castles are designed primarily for children. Be sure to check the specifications of each bouncy castle to find one that suits your event's age group.
Are there any additional rules I should be aware of?
Yes, we will provide you with a list of safety rules and guidelines for using the bouncy castle. It's important to share these rules with all participants and supervise the activity to prevent any accidents.
Are the bouncy castles cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. We take hygiene seriously. Each bouncy castle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals to ensure a clean and safe environment for all participants.
***Kindly refrain from using streamers, poppers, silly string, and similar items near the bouncy castles. Please note that a cleaning fee of $50 may applied if the aforementioned items, and/or wet face paint or human waste are discovered on the bouncy castle at the time of pickup or within the following seven days.***
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before hiring a bouncy castle. By placing a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment:
1.1 A booking request can be made by phone, email, or in person. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
1.2 The balance payment must be made prior to the event or on the day of delivery, as per the agreed terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received by the agreed date or in the case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
1.4 The Customer shall assume complete responsibility for all rented items, encompassing their safe and proper usage, operation, maintenance, and subsequent return to Bouncy Kingdom Ltd. Any cleaning, loss, theft, damage, or necessary repairs shall be the Customer's responsibility and will incur appropriate charges.
Delivery and Collection:
2.1 Delivery and collection times will be arranged during the booking process. We will make every effort to adhere to the agreed times, but we cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
2.2 The Customer must ensure that suitable access and space is available for the delivery and collection of the bouncy castle, with clear access routes and no obstacles.
2.3 The Customer must be present at the delivery and collection times unless agreed otherwise.
2.4 Late collections or returns may incur additional charges.
2.5 In the event that the Customer fails to return all rented items as agreed upon, the Customer agrees to assume all additional charges. In cases where the Customer refuses to return rented items, the Customer consents to Bouncy Kingdom Ltd and its agents taking all necessary and reasonable actions to recover the rented items, without prior notice or legal process.
Safety and Usage:
3.1 The Customer is responsible for the supervision of the bouncy castle and the safety of all users during the hire period.
3.2 Operators are obligated to read and adhere to all warnings and instructions, particularly safety instructions. The Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and affirms the provision of adult supervision at all times, in accordance with the rules provided to the rental party prior to the event, whether in written or verbal form.
3.3 Only individuals within the recommended age, height and weight restrictions are allowed to use the bouncy castle. The Customer must ensure compliance with these restrictions.
3.4 The Customer must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by us, including the number of users and weight limits.
3.5 The bouncy castle should not be used during adverse weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms.
3.6 The Customer must ensure that no food, drinks, sharp objects, or any other items that may cause damage to the bouncy castle are allowed inside.
3.7 Smoking and the use of any flammable substances are strictly prohibited near the bouncy castle.
3.8 In the event of any damage caused to the bouncy castle due to misuse or negligence, the customer will be held responsible. This will result in additional charges of $800, which will serve to cover the loss incurred by Bouncy Kingdom Ltd. Due to the impairment of the bouncy castle and subsequent bookings.
3.9 Kindly ensure that streamers, poppers, silly string, and similar items are kept at a safe distance from the inflatables, as they can cause staining on the PVC material. Please be aware that face paint can also leave marks on the vinyl. For the safety and enjoyment of all, make sure that children's faces are completely dry before they start jumping. Additionally, be mindful that perspiration can cause paint to run. Children under 2 years of age must wear suitable clothing (such as nappies) to prevent feacal or urine spills.
In the unfortunate event of any damage caused by streamers, etc., which is discovered at the time of pickup or within the following seven (7) days when we clean the inflatable, a cleaning fee of $50 may apply.
Liability:
4.1 This rental contract constitutes the exclusive agreement between the Customer and Bouncy Kingdom Ltd. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bouncy Kingdom Ltd harmless against any claims arising from the Customer's use or misuse, the hirer is responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused to individuals or property during the hire period. Including third-party claims for loss, injury, or property damage resulting from the Customer's negligence or operation, including the legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.
4.2 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the hire of the bouncy castle.
4.3 The Customer agrees to indemnify us against any claims, demands, or actions arising from the use of the bouncy castle during the hire period.
Waterplay:
8.1 Water Sprinklers are included in specific types of bouncy castles. The Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring additional safety supervision at all times during the use of the bouncy castle to prevent accidents such as drowning and slips.
8.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the bouncy castle is thoroughly dried before the scheduled pick-up time to facilitate smooth pack away.
8.3 Given the delicate nature of the tubing, Bouncy Kingdom staff must handle the delivery and setup of the bouncy castle. A delivery fee will be applicable.
8.4 The water tubes are fragile components of the bouncy castle. Any damage to the water tubes will incur a replacement fee of $50.
8.5 Waterplay option is available with this bouncy castle, please ensure you have a hose with regular tape attachment, hose length also is long enough to reach the outlet.
Cancellation and Refunds:
5.1 If the Customer wishes to cancel the booking, a written notice must be provided.
5.2 If the cancellation is made more than seven days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded, minus any administration fees.
5.3 Cancellations made within seven days of the event may result in the loss of the deposit, depending on the circumstances.
5.4 In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, we must be notified on the day of the event before 9am if concerns arise.
Should rain occur after the setup is completed, no refund or credit voucher will be issued. Decisions regarding weather-related adjustments must be made before the setup process begins.
If you decide to proceed with an alternative arrangement due to adverse weather conditions on the scheduled day, the following options are available:
Reschedule your booking to an alternative date or event, subject to availability.
Receive a credit voucher equivalent to the deposit value, which can be redeemed for entertainment at another event within a 12-month period from the original booking date. Simply contact us, and we will facilitate the issuance of the voucher.
5.5 It is the Customer's responsibility to secure park permits and ensure that a working power source is available. Should Bouncy Kingdom Ltd arrive and encounter a lack of working power, the full amount remains payable.
Miscellaneous:
6.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and us, and they supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
6.2 These terms and conditions may only be amended or varied in writing and with the agreement of both parties.
6.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
6.4 Bouncy Kingdom Ltd extends no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, nor any expressed or implied warranties.
6.5 Solicitor fees: The Customer agrees to bear all reasonable legal fees and court costs incurred by Bouncy Kingdom Ltd in enforcing these terms and conditions.
6.5 The Customer must promptly notify Bouncy Kingdom Ltd of any underground services, pipes, electrical wires, or other subterranean equipment, as bouncy castles will be pegged into the ground.
6.6 The Customer is responsible to ensure bouncy castle and all provided equipment to be kept indoor in a dry place overnight and when not in use.
Insurance:
7.1 If the Customer opts for insurance, any potential charges resulting from equipment damage will be fully covered, eliminating any additional costs. However, please note that the $50 cleaning fee will still apply if excessive cleaning is required due to the use of face paint, streamers, poppers, silly string, or similar items in close proximity to the bouncy castles.
